Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in a private car. El Gouna, often referred to as The Lagoon, is situated approximately 22 kilometers north of Hurghada, right on the Red Sea. Founded by Egyptian entrepreneur Samih Sawiris in April 1989, El Gouna was envisioned as a holiday destination. The town’s architecture combines traditional Nubian elements with modern design, predominantly using local materials such as clay and natural stone. El Gouna boasts a small private airport catering to private and charter flights.

Upon arrival, you will board a typical shuttle boat and cruise along the lagoon, passing by luxurious villas belonging to the wealthy, including residences of German athletes and celebrities.
